제1조(목적)
본 이용약관은 ADENG 홈페이지(이하 '홈페이지')의 회원가입과 ADENG에서 제공하는 서비스의 이용에 관한 것을 구체적으로 규정한다.

제2조(약관의 효력 및 변경)
1. 본 약관은 홈페이지에서 온라인으로 공시함으로써 효력을 발휘하고, 특별한 사유가 발생할 경우 관련법령에 위배되지 않는 범위에서 개정될 수 있습니다. 
2. 약관에 동의하는 것은 정기적으로 홈페이지를 방문하여 약관의 변경사항을 확인하는 것을 필요로 합니다. 변경된 약관에 대한 정보를 알지 못해 발생하는 이용자의 피해는 ADENG에서 책임지지 않습니다.

제3조(회원의 가입 및 탈퇴)
1. 회원가입은 이용자가 약관내용에 동의하고 회원신청을 할 경우 이루어집니다.
2. 회원에 가입하여 서비스를 이용하고자 하는 사람은 개인 정보를 제공해야 합니다.
3. 다음 하기에 해당하는 회원에 대해서 ADENG는 홈페이지 이용을 제재할 수 있습니다.
 가. 타인명의로 신청한 경우 
 나. 회원가입 신청서의 내용을 허위로 기재한 경우 
4. 회원이 회원을 탈퇴하고자 하는 때에는 회원 본인이 직접「회원정보수정 → 회원탈퇴」 메뉴를 이용해야 합니다.

제4조 의무 및 책임 (이용자)
1. 이용자는 홈페이지의 서비스를 이용함에 있어 요구되는 절차를 성실히 이행할 것을 동의해야 합니다.
2. 홈페이지 사용에 필요한 ID, 비밀번호,이메일 주소에 관한 관리책임은 이용자에게 있습니다.
3. 자신의 ID와 비밀번호가 부정하게 사용된 경우에 이용자는 비밀번호를 바꾸고 즉시 그 사실을 ADENG에 알려야 합니다. 
4. 이용자는 다음과 같은 행위를 할 경우 제재 또는 처벌을 받을 수 있으며, 관련게시물은 삭제됩니다.
 가. 타인의 ID및 비밀번호를 도용한 행위
 나. 실명의 개인 및 특정단체에 대해 비방하거나 중상모략으로 명예를 손상시키는 행위
 다. 음란물, 불법적인 데이터 텍스트 음악 사진 등이나 욕설 및 비속어 사용 등 공공질서와 미풍양속에 위반되는 행위
 라. 해킹, 컴퓨터 바이러스를 유포한 행위
 마. 서비스의 목적에 맞지 않는 선전, 스팸메일, 행운의 편지 등 불필요한 컨텐츠를 게시하는 행위
 바. 유사 동일한 내용을 반복적으로 게시하는 행위
 사. 관련 법령 또는 계약에 의하여 전송 또는 게시가 금지된 정보를 게시하거나 전송하는 행위
 아. 다른 사용자의 개인정보를 수집, 저장하고 이를 악용하는 행위
 자. 기타 불법적이고 부당한 행위
 차. 기타 관련법령이나 ADENG가 정한 이용조건을 위배하는 행위
5. 이용자는 상업적인 목적으로 본 홈페이지에 있는 내용을 임의로 이용할 수 없습니다. 

부 칙
제1조(시행일)
본 약관은 2023년 5월 1일부터 시행합니다. 


Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms and Conditions specify the membership registration and use of services provided by ADENG's website (hereinafter referred to as the "Website").

Article 2 (Effectiveness and Modification of Terms)
 1. These Terms and Conditions shall become effective by being posted online on the Website, and they may be amended within the limits not violating the relevant laws and regulations.
 2. Agreeing to these Terms and Conditions requires the user to regularly visit the Website to confirm any changes made to the Terms. ADENG shall not be held responsible for any damages incurred by users due to their failure to be informed of the modified Terms.

Article 3 (Membership Registration and Withdrawal)
 1. Membership registration is completed when a user agrees to the Terms and submits a membership application.
 2. Individuals who wish to become members and use the services provided by the Website must provide personal information.
 3. ADENG may restrict the use of the Website for the following members:
   a. Those who apply under someone else's name
   b. Those who provide false information in the membership application
 4. If a member wishes to withdraw, they must use the "Modify Member Information → Withdrawal" menu on their own.

Article 4 (Duties and Responsibilities of Users)
 1. Users must faithfully fulfill the necessary procedures when using the Website's services, as agreed upon in these Terms.
 2. Users are responsible for managing their ID, password, and email address necessary for using the Website.
 3. If a user's ID and password are misused, the user must change their password and immediately inform ADENG of the situation.
 4. Users may receive sanctions or penalties, and relevant posts may be deleted, if they engage in the following behaviors:
  a. Theft of another user's ID and password
  b. Defaming or damaging the reputation of real individuals or specific groups through slander or defamation
  c. Posting obscene materials, illegal data, text, music, pictures, or using profanity or derogatory language that violates public order and morals
  d. Spreading hacking or computer viruses
  e. Posting unnecessary content such as advertising, spam mail, chain letters, etc., that do not serve the purpose of the service
  f. Posting repetitive or similar content
  g. Posting or transmitting information prohibited by related laws or contracts
  h. Collecting and storing other users' personal information and misusing it
  i. Engaging in other illegal and unjust activities
  j. Violating any relevant laws or usage conditions set by ADENG
 4. Users may not use the content of this Website for commercial purposes.

Article 1 (Effective Date)
 These Terms and Conditions shall become effective on May 1, 2023.
